The Location
The Lodge Hotel is located in the centre of Borovets ski resort, next to the gondola, the main promenade, the apres ski bars and the restaurants. The hotel is one hour drive from Sofia Airport and 15 minutes away from the spa centre at Dolna Banya settlement.

The Kitchen
The kitchen of The Lodge Hotel is situated on the ground floor and meets all the latest health and safety requirements of the European Union. It has three separate and fully equipped sections that provide:
• a show-kitchen with a bar facing the restaurant
• a preparation unit divided into four sections
• a crockery and glass cleaning, washing and drying section
A refrigerated van for collection of produce for the hotel is a part of the vehicles of the Lodge Hotel.

Restaurant and Bar
The modern restaurant seats forty people, and with the lounge and the terrace included makes a total of 120 people. The lounge bar services drinks, wine and beverages to all guests including room service. The two fitted chill drawers and refrigerators, a dedicated white wine cabinet-refrigerator and a twin-head coffee/hot drinks dispenser complete a discreet and elegant bar. The Suites
The twelve boutique apartments vary from 40 to 330 sqm and were completed with natural materials and come fitted with designer furniture. The natural wood and stone pairing is combined with the most sophisticated technologies, including satellite TV, wireless Internet and telephones, plus under floor bathroom heating.
In addition to the suites, on the two upper floors is located a presidential apartment, which features a spacious living room, a large dining area with kitchenette, and three bedrooms. Two large terraces reveal views towards the ski runs and the mountain, while a small balcony off the dining room looks towards Borovets resort.
The total accommodation places are for comfortably sleeping up to 46 people.
When necessary, this presidential apartment can be transformed into two conference halls for 25 people each.

Spa & Fitness Centre
The Spa and Fitness Centre of The Lodge Hotel has appealing design with plenty of amenities, which include a swimming pool with relaxer beds, a sauna and a steam bath, massage room and equipped gym, as well as a locker and changing room.

Ski School & Maintenance Depot
The ski school and maintenance depot is equipped to international standards, which include:
• 150 pairs of Atomic skis from the Austrian specialists
• 50 snowboards
• 500 ski and snowboard Atomic boots for all ages
• the Koralp Dry K125 with infrared and ultraviolet ports that dry, disinfect and refresh ski boots
• the Jetbond machine that calculates a computer reading for the correct ski bindings to release in a fall, thereby improving safety
• the multifunctional Reichmann Profi 1 grinds and prepares skis for 20 different snow conditions
• the Reichmann tuning and polishing machine
• a ski and snowboard waxing and polishing machine
